Conquest97   The house is a 3BR/2BA rambler style out in the country about 10 minutes from either Snohomish or Monroe on Lord's Hill. The house is located in a very safe neighborhood among police officers, families and retirees with whom we are friends with. There's a huge back deck for bbqs, a practice golf course in the back yard, fire pit for bonfires, and Lord's Hill Regional Park (a 1500 acre park with 8+ miles of hiking, biking, and horse-back riding trails).
