KarenandLucy   The condo is on the first floor of a two-family home in No. Cambridge located on a quiet one-way street. It's about a 13 min walk to Davis or Porter Sq., a 6 min walk to Alewife.. Aside from the available bedroom, the entire household is furnished. There's a living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, a beautiful back yard, & a front & back porch. The washer/dryer are located in the bathroom paired w/ the available bdrm. There's one parking spot in the driveway or plenty of on-street parking.
LinWM   During the next year, I'm hoping to spend 3-4 weeks at home and then a beautiful place to paint landscapes. I'm taking a sabbatical from working and I'd like to be living someplace a little greener but not too far from the city.
