We live in a spacious new 3 floor townhouse, w/ 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is a large living room w/ a flatscreen hdtv:), and spacious kitchen w/ all appliances. There will be 2 extra bedrooms to choose from including a small room on the first floor which is a little more secluded w/ its own private full bath, and private entrance w/ sliding glass door or the master bedroom w/ vaulted ceiling, walk in closet and full private bathroom.

Village of Canterbury apartment complex in Newark (Bear area, behind Governor's Square Shopping Center). Everything furnished and provided except bedroom furniture. Bathroom door directly across from bedroom door. All I ask is that you respect my property and my privacy. Other than that, have all the fun or peace and quiet you want.

House on 4 acres. Rural near Middletown DE. Rent negotiable depending upon any help around here. I do not drive, so rent negotiable for ride to town now and then. Hot tub use negotiable. I have a little cat and really don't want anymore.
