I'm buying a brand new house in Burns Harbor Indiana, just minutes from the South Shore train to Chicago. I was going to share some costs with my girlfriend, but let's just say that's no longer the case. So, I am in dire need of a roomate to help take the edge off the bills. This house is HUGE and has 5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms as well as a heated garage etc... I am flexible on the terms but the roomate must be clean, respectful when it comes to noise and honest. I get along with all people, and all past roommates loved me, and we've never got in a heated argument.
Only thing I'm looking for in a roommate is someone that is rational and considerate, everything else can be worked with.
Its time to move out of my parents house. Although all I really do is play videogames, basketball and watch lots of tv, I enjoy going out and the occasional drink and trying new activities. I find new things fun, so I guess thats another hobby. Umm, thats all for now
