Apt is 3years old. Nice large room w/full bath. Has amenities- pool, 24 hr. gym, cent trail & river is 50 (+/-) yards away, dog park, playground, area with BBQ's fireplace, washer/dryer in unit, public transportation &Valley mall close. Have basic furnishing or can remove. Introvert. Open minded & fairly mellow. Have a Basset Hound that never barks, loves all people & animals. Like my home clean, but not OCD about it; You’re welcome to be. Love to be outside kayaking, hiking, fishing, anything.
