dfisher9   You would never pay more than $350 a month! VERY large bedrooms. I have a small dog that never barks, literally. The washer/dryer is already there. There's a dishwasher. The AC will be running ALL summer! The living room is large, as well. I already have a sectional sofa and some furniture for the downstairs. The person that wants to move in FIRST will be who I choose. If you choose to move into the place in June, you will NOT pay $350 (I will prorate it)!
