We are looking for a roommate to move into our 3 bedroom 2 story house. The house sits by itself at the end of a cul-de-sac and there is plenty of off street parking. We do have 2 pets, our dog is an Am-staff and a little cat. The room for rent is big enough for a king size bed and a couple of dressers plus enough room for a TV and couch. You will have your own full bath which is downstairs along w/ the room for rent.

One is about 600 sq ft, the other is an entire basement so around 1300 sq. feet.
I'm asking a different price for both rooms.
There are cherry wood floors and a stone fireplace, along with a screened in back porch. The unit backs up to the woods where there are walking trails!

The house sets on a 1/3 acre with lots of woods in the back. 12 x 16 ft deck and ramp. Lots of fruit trees other trees. rose bushes and other types of bushes. Grape arbor. Garden. Sheds. New roof, siding, doors and windows. Lots of shade as well as privacy.
