Hey all! I have a stellar SW apartment in an excellent location, easily accessible to I-70, Wanamaker, & Washburn University! There are 2 bedrooms, one shared bath, a large living and dining area, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ample parking, and high speed net ready. This apt is garden-level and has a large patio area. Since it is halfway underground, utilities are reasonable; rent and utilities will be shared equally!

I have an apartment with a small living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and an additional room next to the bedroom that could be used as a bedroom. There is 2 doorways in the room one to the main bedroom which has a door and one leading to the rest of the apartment (where a curtain of somekind could be put up for privacy). There are two entrances to the bathroom. One through the main bedroom and one through the kitchen.
