denaldo   Unbelievably affordable in a great section of town,Park Rd and Johnston Rd, I havent got the place yet, but willing to work with potential roommate to see which ammenities they would prefer also. 2br with either 1 or 2 bth, fireplace or not, includes trash. No deposit but i think the move-in fee is $125. Rent is somewhere around $275-$335($550-$670 collectively) depends on which apt it is.
