I am a 26 year old male who has somewhat recently moved to Wilmington (June). I have a 2 Bedroom apartment and roommate will be moving out in early December. Rent is $450 plus $50 which covers electric/gas, hot water, digital cable, and cable internet (comcast).

You would have a large bedrm (drapes on both windows), shared bathrm down the hall, your own family room on another floor. Cable & phone jacks in both rooms. Shared use of kitchen, dining room, outside deck. I'm rarely home so I would be more of an absentee roommate! Have one roommate now (female, straight, 25), but house is so big, need a 2nd one to help share the load. About 7 minutes from Christiana Mall, near Governors Square & Eden Square.
