You will be living with a female PhD computer science student. It is expected that the rent and utilities be paid on time. All of which are done through online portals between you and the other roommate. Please be courteous of each others privacy & please be clean. There is no deposit to pay, just rent/bills.
tjsmith1986   Josh here. I will have a room available on 6/1/2020. Rent is $825 per month and will be split between myself and whoever will be occupying the room. This room is in the Mountainview Estates apartment complex. Garbage is included in rent. I’m a very respectful, clean, and responsible person who values privacy and expect the same from a roommate. The complex itself is also very quiet with VERY FEW students. Utilities are not included in the rent.

I have been at my job for a year and is fulltime. It does matter to me if you are a male or female.(For females, I am not looking for a relationship, just got out of a 12 year marriage.) I have my own car. I just work and come home, sometimes go out to a bar. I do not like dogs nor does my cat.
