abjean3   Amazing house. First people to live in it. It's a four bedroom but other than myself there is only one other girl. The University is on our back porch. Great for students, walking distance to class. Great landlords that take care of everything right when you ask. Can't beat this beautiful house!!
nickle91   James Creek (Jim Campbell properties) 3 bedroom/3bath. the rooms are the same size, walk in closet, bathrooms in each room (shower,bath) has a window view to the street (front of house) room is over the garage (best room in my opinion) washer/dryer already in house, television already downstairs with some furniture, patio on side of house. gated community, fence around all the houses 410$ for rent, if you have a pet its 50$ extra so 460$
