Older but completly remodeled units. Modest, no frills but very nice, clean and quiet. These are 4 plexes. There are 5 - fourplexes in this complex. Female prefered. Share utilities Gas & Electric & Phone if necessary. PG & E has never been over 30.00 in a month. My phone charges are $12.00 + long distance charges of 7 cents per minute. Water and garbage are included. I am clean to a fault. I'm not a typical bachlor type. I cook, clean and am very quiet. No drugs please.
