Half acre lot blocks off the paved roads, it is a quick drive to the shopping, banks, restaurants, churches etc. You pay utilities as we will rarely be there; of course we will chip in if we spend more time home than expected. Prefer long-term renters, i.e. 1 year term. FULL background check including criminal & credit history. We are good honest people looking for the same, COUPLES OK!
