I live in the first floor of a two flat. Home has 2 decent sized bedrooms, tall cielings, living room, dining room, large kitchen washer/dryer unit, and unfinished basement. There is a nice sized yard, located a block from the library and two blocks from police station. I currently have no pets but if your pet is housetrained and well behaved we can talk about it.

Bedroom is furnished with a tv, futon bed with an innerspring mattress, closet. There is no phone connection, for telephone must use your cell phone. You will have your own private bathroom. Non smoker and no kids. No pets allowed, but I have a pet dog myself. Must like dogs. Condo is near a park, minutes from interstate, outlet mall and shopping/ restaurant areas.

I'm really not home much, between working & my boyfriend (won't bother you). We chill & watch movies/tv. I have 1 cat. He's not a bother, unless he's hungry. He gets along well with other animals usually- used to live with a dog & bird. When I'm home I like to cook. I'm pretty quiet, mostly keep to myself or sleep.
