I won't be much of a hassle because I will be working 9 hours per day and studying a lot at night, which I realize is pretty boring. I went to the University of Tennessee for my bachelor's degree, so I know and love the area. Other than school, I love music. I play the drums, guitar and keys and will listen to just about any type of music! Oh yeah, pets are cool with me!

The house is flawless and great looking inside and out. It is in a quiet, clean, peaceful neighborhood. It will soon have a second bathroom and a fenced backyard. It has a large carport with paved parking to the side of it, plenty of room for three cars to get in and out easily. It has a 50" LCD tv with complete surround sound in the livingroom. It has a computer room and a large paved basement were the washer and dryer are kept.
