Melancollin   This place is great. Its cheap rent including all utilities except electricity and cable is included ($30 value per month). Its a two story, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. Downstairs is the kitchen, living room and half-bathroom. Walking distance to UNT. For the size, quality, and proximity to campus, you won't find a better deal.

ballen0420   This home is newly built and is actually considered Ft. Worth, however the closest town is Justin. It is located approx. 3 miles west of the Texas Motor Speedway at I-35W and 114. I will have a reduced rate for longer rental periods (i.e. 1 year, 2 year), but I am looking for a minimum of 3 months.
