BRAND new...it is two bedrooms, two full baths--your bathroom is connected to your bedroom. There is a LR/DR, kitchen w/all appliances (garbage disposal, dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, microwave) and an office which houses two desks & desk chairs, a loveseat & my treadmill--this room also doubles as Noah's (my pup) room during the day. There is fully fefenced back yard, as well as a carport with a utility room. There is also an attic for additional storage space. W/D, fully furnished, etc.

Room is about 160 sq feet with a large window and good sized closet. Storage space avail. No smokers. Very close to shopping, dining, interstate. Home was built last year and is very cozy and clean. Small front and back yard. Neighborhood is very quiet and clean. You will have a private bathroom and parking space. Gas grill in the back, large eating area, large refrigerator. Attic.

NO rowdy friends/musicians coming over as i deal with professionals.
