Shared use of kitchen, dining room, outside deck. I'm rarely home so I would be more of an absentee roommate! Have one roommate now (female, straight, 25), but house is so big, need a 2nd one to help share the load. About 7 minutes from Christiana Mall, near Governors Square & Eden Square. misstiffmari   We live in a spacious new 3 floor townhouse, w/ 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is a large living room w/ a flatscreen hdtv:), and spacious kitchen w/ all appliances. There will be 2 extra bedrooms to choose from including a small room on the first floor which is a little more secluded w/ its own private full bath, and private entrance w/ sliding glass door or the master bedroom w/ vaulted ceiling, walk in closet and full private bathroom.
