The brick townhouse is in a nice area, not too far from Georgia Southern. You could walk, or ride the bus if needed. The room is spacious with two closets and a private bath. Living room is already furnished. Need someone to sublease ASAP!

Greenhaven Trailer Park Lot 121 on the last row. Trees in Backyard & in a Quite Neighborhood.
I will move out of the master bedroom into the spare room. Renter will get the master room with access to the master bathroom. Bathroom has a huge tub/shower. I need someone who will help take care of my house & not destroy it because I rarely stay at home. My cat will be inside most of the time, incase someone is allergic to animals.

storage area/art studio in the past, but it can be cleaned
out if you'd like to use it for a car. We have a kitchen,
dining area, living room, laundry room and work area. The
