Gig   It is a very nice duplex. There is one floor pulse a basement. We already have a washer and dryer here. There is off street parking for the residents only. We have High Speed Internet and plenty of connections to go around. My roomie and I are pretty laid back so we are really easy to get along with. We are, for the most part, night owls. Bathroom, washer/dryer, living room, and spare bedroom located in basement as well. First floor contains kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, dining and living rooms. Second floor contains 1 bedroom. adimick   Duplex near 36th and Q streets in Lincoln, NE. The details of my place are as follows: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchen/dining area, washer/dryer, fenced-in backyard, and garage. The rent is $265 a month each and includes water and garbage. Typically the utility charges run about $90 each a month and include electricity, gas, basic cable and cable internet. shibby12   I just purchased this house and will be moving in on August 2. It's located at about 69th and Cleveland (or 70th and Adams). I'm looking for someone to occupy a spare bedroom in my house and help with the rent and the utilities. I work full time and am pretty easy to get along with.
