This house is 5 min from brighton beach and 15 min to folly field beach on hilton head is. The house is 1 year old and located on a cul-desac and has a pond out back. I will only be getting 1 roomate. I work alot and would like to get someone to help with the bills. I would consider lower rent in exchange for household chores. I am well mannered and considerate and would expect the same from any roomate.

great place..... I would say third best complex in the county, best location in the county. Near outlet malls, near Savannah, Hilton Head Island bars and beaches, and near Beaufort (military bases).

Great house with gorgeous view of the marsh and Broad Creek beyond the trees. Nice big open layout with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and a screened in porch and hot tub room.
