Rm is 9'x12' and has a large closet and an east-facing window for lots of natural light. Unit totals 1800sq ft (3br/2ba)-- there is a large kitchen, living room, family room, enclosed deck, w/d, d/w-- it is the penthouse on the top floor of a small apt building. Entrance & parking are completely separate from the other tenants, so it doesn't seem so apt-like. Utils (elec, cable) split evenly. Cable internet avail to share if interested. 2 females in 20s seeking 3rd - easygoing yet responible.

Trying to find somewhere to crash this summer. I'm going to be in Kirkland for an internship from late June - Sept at a company near about 85th Street and Hwy 405. I'd like to find a place relatively near there, since I won't have a car (bike only). Since it's very temporary, I won't have any furniture, so I need a place with
