GraigAW   The apartment is a really nice 2 bed and 2 bath apartment of 970sqft. The layout is totally cool. Everything is furnished except what will be your room! Rent is only 775 a month and 370 would be to you plus the cable bill and half of power. So a max of like 430. Its a really nice place to live.
Sojourner   I'm a mature, but fun-loving person, considered sweet, cheerful & positive. I love my 2 big, friendly dogs. They are more well-behaved than most children, taught not to nuisance bark (have references from neighbors), and I clean up after them daily. Also have a declawed cat who is bonded to me. We come as a package, but we're very little trouble and we're all easy-going. :-) I'm a former home-owner, so I respect other's property, and I'm responsible with my bills.
