Spirit   GREAT LOCATION - Easy access to UMSL, Wash. U, SLU, Clayton, Airport and West County. Large, airy room with lots of closet space and rpivate bath. Located at junction of 170 and Delmar, building is a quiet 4 family in a good neighborhood. I hate to say it's only a room for rent as I feel one can't just live in a room. It's a large room with private bath and total house privileges in a solid masonry building which is very well maintained. 314 800 5832
