There are three other girls that are non catty, nice, and respectful. They are interior design majors at Baylor. They are definately really cool and are welcoming to a new roommate. It is a great apartment. I through parties every Wednesday, and the girls didn't seem to mind. All the girls respect one another and are considerate.

My home, a three-bed, two-bath brick ranch, is located 6.5 miles from MCC, 7.5 miles from downtown Waco and Baylor campus, etc., and 1.5 miles from TSTC-Waco. Offering a private room (with cable and phone jack) and private bathroom. I have an 18-pound, three-year-old terrier mix and a mellow 15-year-old cat sharing the house as well. I'd prefer someone without animals, as I already have my two, but it's NOT a deal-breaker.
