KaveMonkey   I have a house in the county on 15 acres. I work out of my home (cubicle office space for rent for additional cost). My two daughters live with me part time. There are 2.5 baths on the property, but the room for rent does not have a private batch. Since I have daughters, I would prefer a female roommate or another dad. All utilities are included.
