Shared use of kitchen, dining room, outside deck. I'm rarely home so I would be more of an absentee roommate! Have one roommate now (female, straight, 25), but house is so big, need a 2nd one to help share the load. About 7 minutes from Christiana Mall, near Governors Square & Eden Square.
