I am relocating from Tennessee to start my career and am basically just looking for a room. Brand new duplex unit in Harker Heights. One bedroom available. I turned the other bedroom into an office. Overall, not much storage in the unit but there is an attic in the garage where we could store things. I estimated the rent you'd be spending monthly at about $600, which includes the electricity, water, garbage, cable, and phone. You'd have to get your own internet connection set up if you want it. No washer and dryer yet.
