The room: it is a newly finished, with w/w carpeting and private closet. It also has a cable jack (basic cable included), and private phone line jack ( phone service not included) and high speed internet. I have some furniture if needed, such as a twin bed.
Kitchen, Bath, Home gym and Living room shared. Washer/Dryer, Lake Access to silver lake, 1 acre land/yard, grill, firepit, and minutes from Rt93 (1 mile from Exit 20, Tilton)
Rent: $400/month +50% electric $400 security deposit

Brand new apartment building off Depot Street in Ashland NH. Two large bedrooms(only one is available), large kitchen/dining room/living room, one bathroom. Bedrooms are carpeted and have closets. Rent could drop if electricity and cable prices are low.
