It is a beautiful apt complex with many extras I think. It is a quiet area considering it is only professional/graduate student living(although since I am a graduate student I do not think it matters) I have been here 2 years and do not really want to move since it is so nice. Brick house, new kitchen floors and new washer/dryer. New disposal. Extremely close to campus, walking distance to everything. Best location!
Rent is $320 for one person, or $232 for two people sharing that room. Plenty of space, it has been shared for the past 5 years, but is now empty.

I attend church regularly but do not mind if my roommate does not. I have a boyfriend that would be visiting and possibly family members from time to time.

This is a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. It has a nice sized living room area and a nice sized kitchen. The room available is near the front of the apartment and the bathroom is right across the hall. The actual complex is very nice. 2 pools, 2 basketball courts, 2 tennis courts, a 24 hour gym, and a nice clubhouse. It is gated with a guard at night.
