qivy4life   The apartment complex is located in Forestdale/Birmingham and the name of the complex is Timber Ridge. I have lived there for a year now and the apartments are nice and clean. Right now I'm looking to switch from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom apartment. Both my roommate and I would have to sign the lease and pay the $250 deposit ($125 each) and half of first month's rent,which will be $267 (we each pay half). Water and gas are included in the rent. bmess   Just a 3 bedroom one bath home has back yard partially fenced in and a covered deck with swing. I have a washer but no dryer, but will get one soon and dishwasher is on the outs but will get it fixed. Bug and rat/mouse free home. I have 4 indoor outdoor cats. 2 are old the others will go with my daughter.
