music1234   The house sits on 1 acre and overlooks the Mississippi river. All organic garden in the back yard. Renter would get your own room your own full bathroom and pretty much the whole first level of the house (living room, dinning room, etc.). Renter also gets one spot in the garage for parking or storage and use of the washer and dryer. The kitchen is the space that would be shared the most. (I dont do much cooking) I have 2 full refrigerators and 2 mini fridges up for use as well.
