The house is in a nice area and you will have use of the common area, kitchen and washer/dryer. Each room has cable TV and high speed internet. Also there is a phone with free long distance calling anywhere in the U.S. and Alaska. Street parking is included in rent but garage available for an additional $50/mo.

mm6670   The appartment is very nice and in a good location close to college/hospital. It is very nicely furnished except the bedroom.
meganinmt84   this is a basement apartment. there's only 1 covered garage and i park in front of it. there is parking out front. the closet in the room is small so it'd be better if the roomate was someone that didnt have that many clothes. i also have a cat about 1 year old.
