Melia1185   As far as the room goes, it is a decent size bedroom (11x15)with a full bathroom right across the hall. It also has a (4x6) walk in closet, infloor heating and vaulted ceilings. Rent is 250 + utilites which is about 100-120 a month per person. It also has open concept with a private entrance stairwell.
