My boyfriend and i are just wanting to rent the extra bedroom out because our roommate is no longer going to be staying with us and we need the extra money. the lights,cable,phone,internet,and groceries* are all included in the 300 rent. *unless you want something other than what i cook. i have a dinner ready each evening when mike gets in from work.

amj466   me and my husband have a 3 month old son. only asking for 300 month for a room. i cook supper everyday so you will always have a hot meal. all the cleaning you will have to do, is your room, your laundry, and dishes occasionally. we dont like pets because of the cleanliness and dont trust them round our son.
mnc1108   The Apartment is two bedrooms and 1.5 bath. The whole apartment is nice clean carpet. It includes a dishwashwer and central heat and air. There is a washer and dryer hookup, but currently do not have one. There is a bathroom closet to store necessities. The bedroom has a decent size closet.
