I do not cook, but I am reasonably quiet and would like to find a roommate who, if we're not close, can at least keep to themselves. Not a lot of parties please! nicolemm79   House is located in Stafford Lakes. Pool is community pool which renter will be able to utilize. The house is large and renter is expected to make themselves at home and clean up after themselves. There is a cable hookup in room, but renter will be expected to pay for any ppv they order. I am very open minded and flexible. There is a basement that can be rented for $850 w/private bath and entrance. Contract can vary up to 12 months.
