Also walking distance to Centennial Park, Bapt./Cenn. medical centers, restaurants, music venues, etc. Building is secure/safe, and residents are very friendly. Apt has hardwood floors, tall ceilings, great floorplan. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1200 square feet total.

4br house in the Briley Pkwy/ Murfreesboro Road area. We are abut 7min from I-24 and about 12min from I-40, 20min from downtown. My partner and I have the master suite, and our roommate has a large room in the basement. The room we're renting is about 12x11 with a decent size closet. It can be furnished or not. It has phone and cable jack. The main bathroom is next to the room, which is shared with the roommate in the basement. HSI is available. The rent is $350/mo plus 1/4 utililities.

I am relocating from Buffalo to Nashville October 15th. I do have 2 wonderful dogs that I am fully responsible for. I would prefer a roomate who does not have any pets, as more than 2 dogs creates a pack and fights could ensue. I am mellow, and somewhat hippie by night (not party-pad type), but am a professional working girl by day.
