LinWM   During the next year, I'm hoping to spend 3-4 weeks at home and then a beautiful place to paint landscapes. I'm taking a sabbatical from working and I'd like to be living someplace a little greener but not too far from the city.
stellaphone   I am 23 and a college grad. I enjoy hanging out with friends, the outdoors, socializing but also relaxing, reading, watching movies etc... I will be working a great deal but I still make time for people. I am looking for a clean living environment, my own room in a quiet home. I like personal space and respect others. # of roomies does not matter as long as your friendly and pay the bills on time.
g unit   Clean and quiet. Need a room asap. Cant afford my own apt.

mabljyd   I'm starting a job in Norwood in mid-October and would like to get to know the area before buying a house. I own my house in College Park and have a guy and women renting from me and it's fun and works well; I've been doing it since fall 2000 and have never had any problems. Part of the reason there's no problem is that I'm always here at the University of Maryland and only come home to sleep; maybe working for a company will be different but I kind of doubt it.
flyfur   2 bedroom apartment, eat in kitchen, laundry room(could be third bedroom) shared livingroom on second floor of an historic storefront building. I would ultimately like to have a total of three people (including myself) to share the apartment.
mabljyd2   I'm moving to Norwood in October to start a new job and I'll buy this house for 399K on December 1 at the latest. In my current house in College Park, MD, I rent the other 2 floors out and it's gone really well for the 4 years I've owned it. The reason the Norwood house hadn't sold yet is that the upstairs doesn't have a bathroom yet; they made it into a small bedroom since they had 6 kids but I plan to remodel it into a bathroom as soon as possible. Other than that it's really nice inside.
lovespell918   This is a two room apartment that would be used as a one bedroom and one living for one person or two people can share the two rooms with one bedroom each. It is convenient for people saving money and those who rely on public transportation.
axiomated   Someone who's open minded and not racist, homophobic or sexist. Oh, and doesn't mind cats, - I have one. Other than that, I don't have anything to 'look for'. When we talk, we'll see if it'd be cool to live together.
beatrix89   A roommate who likes to go out and have a good time on the weekends and meet new people but during the week goes to bed at a resonable hour in order to get up for work. I like to drink on the weekends and go to bars, I like to go to pools and suntan, I like rap music, I like to read magazines, I dont watch TV very much, I dont know how to cook very good. I am a neat freak. I go the university of Rhode Island and am graduating in May. I just got a job at MEDITECH in the Norwood office.
