I'm starting a job in Norwood in mid-October and would like to get to know the area before buying a house. I own my house in College Park and have a guy and women renting from me and it's fun and works well; I've been doing it since fall 2000 and have never had any problems. Part of the reason there's no problem is that I'm always here at the University of Maryland and only come home to sleep; maybe working for a company will be different but I kind of doubt it.

I'm moving to Norwood in October to start a new job and I'll buy this house for 399K on December 1 at the latest. In my current house in College Park, MD, I rent the other 2 floors out and it's gone really well for the 4 years I've owned it. The reason the Norwood house hadn't sold yet is that the upstairs doesn't have a bathroom yet; they made it into a small bedroom since they had 6 kids but I plan to remodel it into a bathroom as soon as possible. Other than that it's really nice inside.

This is a two room apartment that would be used as a one bedroom and one living for one person or two people can share the two rooms with one bedroom each. It is convenient for people saving money and those who rely on public transportation.

I like to drink on the weekends and go to bars, I like to go to pools and suntan, I like rap music, I like to read magazines, I dont watch TV very much, I dont know how to cook very good. I am a neat freak. I go the university of Rhode Island and am graduating in May. I just got a job at MEDITECH in the Norwood office.
