We are VERY clean and respect our roommates. We will leave your stuff alone, not consume your food/drinks, take the trash out, clean up after ourselves, lock the door when we leave, pay the bills on time and not leave our clothes sitting in the W/D for days on end. We're quiet and pretty much keep to ourselves.

Mariram   It is about 2 minutes from Hwy 14 and 10-15 minutes from I-205. I would be ready for a roommate around the 1st of October (this is negotiable). The room would include all utilities (except phone, I use a cell), basic cable and broadband internet. It is a pretty large room with a good sized closet. An additional room may be available.
