rowyn   Needed 2 roommates for 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Springfield. Room sizes are 9.7 by 9.5 and 9.7 by 10. All utilities paid. Full access of front room, Kitchen, washer and dryer. Rooms are unfurnished. Will have to share common bath. Each room is rented for $400. Animals are OK. Yard not fenced in.

I am presently staying with her & her family but I would perfer having my own personal space. I'm a quiet, neat professional with early retirement. Will be gone during the weekdays. 6am-6pm.
