The shared living area (laundry, kitchen and living rooms) include full kitchen ammenities including microwave, gas stove, and dish washer. Living room is furnished with black italian leather furniture and a wide screen (46") hi-def TV. Both bedrooms have additional satellite connection and boxes and phone jacks. There are two full bathrooms as well.

About the house
The house is only 3 years old at the end of a cul de sac of a quiet development. The kitchen, dining room living room is all shared living space. I have a full size basement and a large yard. The bedroom for rent has two large closets. So there is plenty of space. Rent includes utilities, except for the heating bill which can be split. I have a washer and dryer on premises.

FT single mom looking to share a house with same or similar. While I need a seperate room, my 2 1/2 yr old son can share with another child. We are fun loving and enjoy other people in the house. We function on a normal daily schedule (ie bedtimes, ect) and would enjoy living with the same or similar people. My son is a typical high-energy two year old. He loves people and other children around. I have occasional friends over who are all respectful. No smoking, drugs or drama please :)
