Accomadations are a 10+. Spacious rooms in large home. Everything is brand new and will need to be kept as such. If you need your mother to clean up - need not apply. Great freeway, parks, university, shopping access on bus route. Good company and if you are an outdoorsman there are hi adventure ops a plenty. LDS owner though values not enforced or expected. You're a big boy. But no smoking in or out. Fantastic home with modest rent and low deposit.

I'm looking for someone to help with the cost of a two bedroom apartment. I have all the furniture so all you would need is your bedroom furniture. All my furniture is brand new and really nice. If you need a bed I can bring up my extra one. I want someone who is honest and has high standards and who will pay their rent on time. I'm very outgoing and spontaneous. I love to clean and am very neat. But I don't care what your room looks like as long as the rest of the house is neat.
