This is a clean, attractive, mom-approved apartment! Recently remodeled/updated, new appliances, low utilities. Rent is $690 all together, so if there are 3 people we will each pay $230. Currently there are two people (one male, one female). The male is graduating in December, so two will have to double up & share a room until he leaves. Rent will go up to $345/person when there are 2 people left.

I'm going to start grad school in July. I'm a full time teacher in a nearby school district. I plan to work and take a class at a time at WIU. I looking for a place in Macomb and it would be nice to have a roommate. I have a cat and I would like to bring him with me. I'll help with the chores and pay my share for rent and utilities. I like to keep the place tidy.
