I am an easy to get along with person that enjoys my work, the outdoors, humour & reading. I am a father of four, married for ten years, relocating to the area for a short period of time.(about 6 to 18 months.) My family will remain at my house in Farmington. I will be spending very few weekends (Most weekends I will travel to my home in Farmington) at the residence & pretty much evenings only as I will be working from early in the morning to early evening.

I fight fire in the summer and during winter typically work at a ski basin, usually Taos or Santa Fe. I believe that in a roommate situation respect is fundamental. Respect yourself and those around you, it's that simple. I'm looking for a place with lots of sunlight, abundant sunlight. One last thing I'd like to add would be that I don't have many possessions to move in; a couple pair of skis and a few clothes. In other words I won't take up a bunch of space. Good luck!

So, my last roommate has flown the coop and I am now blessed(?) with a 170 year old house to myself in the awesome downtown area of Santa Fe near the square. But $ being a nice thing to have lying around, I think I need to aquire another roomie. It's not the biggest of rooms, but it is an awesome house in a great area within walking distance of all kinds of things and I would love to share it with the right person. gorgeous home in quiet nice area of Las Asequias, 15 mins sth of the Santa Fe central area. 3 minutes to major shopping, theaters etc. Sharing with two gay friendly, caring respectful people. No drugs, fairly quiet home. Prefer tidy type who appreciates nice home. Pets are fine for a responsible owner as i have a small cross Jack Russel/chihuahua who is other dog ok, and cat curious.
Large garage if storage needed. you have a private bathroom/shower/toilet.

My name is Otto, I'm 20 years old and studyengineering in Stockholm, Sweden.
I also work in a place where young people can come and create all kinds of stuff. Everything from pearl plates to different kinds of fabric prints or make music in our studio.
This summer I'll be in Santa Fe volunteering at the art institute, and since I don't earn any money working with this I need a cheap rent if I also want to eat. =)
