Two bedroom, 1.5 bath house in West Columbia near I-26 and Highway 1. Ten minutes from downtown/USC and 5 minutes to Midlands Tech – Airport Campus. The unfurnished guest room and half bath would be yours. You would have to share the shower/tub in the main bathroom. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are shared. Washer and dryer furnished as well. Satellite TV available. I consider myself a fairly clean housekeeper. Small dogs present. The rent is $500 a month including utilities
