The house is located across from an elementary school. It is the first house in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard is semi private. The living room is fully furnished and the kitchen has most anything needed for cooking.

we have a spare bedroom available with a private bathroom. Livingroom and kitchen are available for use. There is also a gym and an entertainment room, so to speak, downstairs that is for your use as well. The rooms are furnished with a bed and there is cable TV and internet.
