I'm looking for someone friendly, with a sense of humor, and doesn't mind a good party every now and then :-). I'd hope to have some stuff in the living room, which would include video games, a tv(if they'd perfer mine), a sound system, and a computer (all of which the roomate would be more than welcome to share). Right now, I'm making between 700/800 a month, using about 250/mo. for my car expenses and cell phone. So, I could probably chip in 300/mo, so i'd have enough for food and going out.

nice 3 bedroom house with finished basement that can be used as a room. in the suburbs, 10 minutes from kutztown university, 30 minutes from city of reading. still in the process of closing on the house, so $500 a month is tentative right now until i figure out the mortgage. but it will include utilities and high-speed internet.

Three bedroom house in a nice neighborhood outside Allentown. Third bedroom is made into a home office, more than enough space to hold another desk if needed/wanted. Pet-friendly, with driveway large enough for 3-4 cars, and a 1-car garage; front and back (fenced) yard; fully finished basement including living area, tons of storage, washer/dryer, pool/ping pong table; if more privacy is wanted, part of basement would make a great room too! Central air & heat throughout upstairs and down.
