Mills   This is a townhouse, you get a private bedroom. Cable and high speed internet are negotiable. It will cost approx. 50 more a month split between the two of us. As far as a telephone goes, I use a cell phone for all my calls so if you want a land line its all your bill. jfisk   New, clean townhome with plenty of living space and everything else you would want. Good location (easy highway access). I am going to be working out of town until Late November. I am looking for someone who is neat and respectful. The only shared utility cost is electricity. Whomever the renter is will have their own bathroom, and some extra space in the guest bedroom/closet in addition to the room I am renting out. There is plenty of cupboard and refridgerator space as well.
