skyhorizon   Very quiet out of the way neighborhood; just 7 townhouses surrounded by private homes. Very little traffic and again a very nice quiet place to live. The townhouse has been kept up and a very nice place to call home. 5 minutes from shopping and approximately an hour from Baltimore, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania and West Virginia also.

niceguy4   I'm looking for a place to live within 20 miles of Frederick from Jan 7th. I'll be needing a place for around 9 months, then my family will join me in MD. Minimum requirements are; clean, comfortable accommodation, with access to standard house amenities, need hi-speed Internet, also cable/sat TV be nice but not critical. Used to being around nice things, so not looking for anything bare bones. I'll be working long-hours mon-fri, but will be around some w/ends.
